About Us We're a luxury, boutique tile showroom serving homeowners, designers, and architects throughout the Sarasota area. We specialize in curated, high-end mosaics, tile and stone selections for luxury residential and design. The Role We're looking for a talented Tile Designer to partner with homeowners, interior designers, and architects to bring luxury tile and surface concepts to life — from initial vision through final material selection. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role for someone who loves translating design intent into beautiful, functional surfaces.

Responsibilities include:

Design Consultation — Work directly with homeowners, designers, and architects to understand project vision, style, and functional requirements, and translate that into tile and surface recommendations Trade Relationships — Build and maintain strong working relationships with the local design and architecture community, becoming a trusted resource for their projects Material Selection & Specification — Curate tile, stone, and surface material packages tailored to each project, including custom and specialty options Project Coordination — Support projects from concept through installation, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed to ensure design intent is realized Showroom Presentation — Help curate and present product displays and sample boards that showcase current trends and materials for trade and retail clients alike What We're Looking For Design background — interior design, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience in tile/stone/surface design Experience working directly with designers, architects, or high-end residential clients Strong eye for materials, color, pattern, and how surfaces work within a broader design scheme Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable leading client conversations and design walk-throughs Detail-oriented, with the organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, client-facing environment What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission opportunity The chance to work on high-profile luxury design projects across the Sarasota area A creative, collaborative, low-bureaucracy work environment Direct exposure to the local design and architecture trade community
