Company Description Ashley Martin Home is a high-end residential interior design firm located in Winter Park, FL. We create timeless, layered, and highly detailed homes for clients both locally and nationally. Our projects involve extensive furnishings procurement, custom selections, and thoughtful coordination across hundreds of products, vendors, and client specifications. Job Description Ashley Martin Home is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer to join our Winter Park studio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of professional residential interior design experience, a refined design perspective, and a strong commitment to exceptional quality and client service. This role works closely with the Principal Designer and supports projects from initial concept through final installation. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing creative design work with the detailed coordination, communication, and project administration required to deliver a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Principal Designer on a daily basis. Conceptualize and contribute to client presentation boards. Assist with the selection and specification of finishes, furnishings, and accessories across multiple projects. Manage project administration, including obtaining vendor quotes, pricing, and samples. Oversee project execution, including the preparation of client proposals and purchase orders. Manage projects effectively from concept through completion, maintaining clear communication with workrooms, contractors, vendors, and clients. Uphold the Ashley Martin Home aesthetic and brand identity throughout every phase of a project. Maintain a strong passion for interior design while continually expanding product knowledge and industry expertise. Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently strive to exceed client expectations. Lead by example in organization and operational efficiency, helping create a seamless client experience from start to finish. Qualifications A minimum of five years of professional interior design experience is required. Previous experience working in an interior design firm or an equivalent professional setting. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities paired with a refined design sensibility and creative approach. Genuine enthusiasm for working with people and building lasting relationships. Previous visual merchandising or sales experience, preferably with a luxury furniture or home furnishings brand. A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. A collaborative, confident, and communicative approach to teamwork.
