Job Description
Kitchen & Bathroom Designer / Sales Designer We are looking for a talented, motivated, and customer-focused Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our team full-time at our showroom. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong design skills with sales and customer service experience and enjoys helping clients take a project from the initial idea through the design and selection process. Responsibilities Design kitchens and bathrooms based on clients' needs, style, space, and budget Meet with customers in the showroom and guide them through the design and selection process Create professional layouts, renderings, and presentations Prepare cabinet designs, specifications, and project quotes Assist customers with cabinet, countertop, hardware, and finish selections Review measurements and ensure designs are accurate before orders are placed Follow up with clients, leads, and active projects Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales and design process Coordinate project details with our internal team, installers, and other professionals when needed Help maintain an organized and professional showroom environment Requirements Experience with ProKitchen or 2020 Design is required Kitchen and/or bathroom design experience Strong understanding of cabinetry, layouts, dimensions, and space planning Comfortable working with measurements and detailed specifications Strong sales and customer service skills Professional, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable working directly with homeowners, contractors, designers, and other professionals English and Spanish is highly preferred Closet design experience is a strong plus Previous showroom experience is a plus Position Details Full-time In-person position at our showroom Base compensation Commission eligibility after completing 4 months with the company Opportunity to grow with the company and build long-term client relationships We are looking for someone who is not only a good designer, but also someone who can listen to the customer, understand the project, present solutions, close sales, and follow through on the details.
