Job Description
Dreamline Cabinets Inc. is a growing cabinet and building materials supplier serving homeowners, contractors, and builders throughout the Chicagoland area. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer / Customer Service Representative to join our team. Whether you already have design experience or are eager to learn, we provide training and opportunities for growth. What You'll Do Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email Create functional and attractive kitchen designs using 2020 Design (training provided) Prepare estimates and invoices using QuickBooks (training provided) Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations Process orders and coordinate with customers throughout the ordering process Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new cabinet lines and services Deliver exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project completion Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, kitchen design, or a related field preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software Bilingual is a plus, but not required What We Offer Full-time, stable employment Monday-Friday and rotating Saturday schedule.
