The primary responsibility of this position is to work closely with our sales team and clients to develop innovative, functional workspace solutions. This includes gathering field information at client sites, creating space plans, preparing product presentations, developing typicals, and assisting with finish and material selections. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in CET and AutoCAD or Revit. Working knowledge of building codes. Knowledge of the office furniture and contract furnishings industry. Ability to conduct field measurements at job sites. Ability to perform furniture inventory counts. Experience in engineering or the contract furniture industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Create accurate space plans and construction drawings. Prepare accurate furniture specifications and bills of materials. Meet project deadlines and client expectations. Collaborate with sales representatives and clients to determine project goals, budgets, and requirements. Inventory existing furniture and recommend reuse or replacement solutions. Make finish and material selections. Prepare installation drawings and supporting project documentation.

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
