Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer & Showroom Manager to lead and manage showroom operations in one of our Greater Indianapolis area showrooms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creative design expertise with effective project management, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and innovative solutions for their residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about interior design, possess strong sales and technical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that values professionalism, creativity, and customer satisfaction. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen and bathroom remodels, providing expert guidance on design options and materials. Develop detailed design plans using CAD software such as 20/20 or ProKitchen, including construction details and 3D modeling for architectural visualization. Manage multiple projects from initial consultation through installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met or exceeded. Oversee showroom operations by maintaining an organized space that highlights product offerings such as cabinetry, countertops, and hardware; assist walk-in customers with product selection and inquiries. Lead the sales process by providing expert advice on design and renovation solutions while managing client communication professionally throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven ability to work without direct supervision. Strong sales and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Proven experience or degree in residential interior design projects and showcasing kitchen and bath remodels. Proficiency in 20/20 or ProKitchen for creating detailed drawings and visualizations. Excellent communication skills for client consultations, team collaboration, and vendor negotiations. Background in construction or remodeling projects with experience managing budgets and contracts. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced showroom environment that emphasizes customer service excellence.
