Job Description
Pennville Custom Cabinetry is looking for either a kitchen and bathroom designer and salesperson for Pennville's Experience Center and Factory Showroom (where we are able to prepare meals and teach clients how to make the meals they love using their new appliances) or an engineer/order processor to study customer orders, draw details of specialty cabinets and get them ready for production in our state-of-the-art facility. In addition to the fine cabinetry we have produced since 1956; Pennville is also a Miele, Fisher & Paykel, Galley, Farrow & Ball and Cambria dealer. Qualified candidates must have kitchen and bathroom design or engineering experience. If you have a portfolio of either your finished jobs or your engineering drawings, that would be helpful for the interview. Wages are based on skill, experience and work ethic. In addition to the hourly wage posted, much of a salesperson's compensation can come through commissioned sales. Engineers are paid a higher hourly wage than a designer/salesperson; but they earn little to no commission.
