What they do
A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide outpatient physical therapy specialized in ortho, neuro, gait/balance, pain management, and surgical cases Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function Perform manual therapy techniques and instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization Support gait training, neuro re-education, and post-op rehabilitation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting Document patient progress using Cerner charting system Work during major holidays as required, with guaranteed hours and flexible shift optionsWhat You Need Required:
Valid Indiana State PT license or pending licensure BLS certification Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient rehab Ability to work day shifts, 5x8 hoursPreferred:
