Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide outpatient physical therapy specialized in ortho, neuro, gait/balance, pain management, and surgical cases Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function Perform manual therapy techniques and instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization Support gait training, neuro re-education, and post-op rehabilitation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting Document patient progress using Cerner charting system Work during major holidays as required, with guaranteed hours and flexible shift options

What You Need Required:

Valid Indiana State PT license or pending licensure BLS certification Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient rehab Ability to work day shifts, 5x8 hours

Preferred:
