As a Home Stager, you will utilize your interior design expertise and technical skills to craft visually appealing and functional layouts that highlight each home's unique features. Duties Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and contractors to understand property goals and target audiences Coordinate moving furniture, and paying movers out of your cut. Develop detailed staging plans using design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit to visualize layouts and concepts Select and arrange furniture, decor, lighting, and accessories to enhance space appeal and flow Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement of staging materials ensuring timely execution Coordinate with vendors for furniture rentals, artwork, and other staging elements Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual presentations for clients Oversee installation of staging elements on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards Conduct color theory analysis and lighting design to optimize ambiance and visual impact Maintain detailed records of contracts, vendor communications, and project progress for transparency and accountability Stay updated on current interior design trends, renovation techniques, and construction practices to provide innovative staging solutions Requirements Proven experience in interior design, home staging, or related fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, 3ds Max (3ds ), Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino), Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of drafting standards, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), color theory, lighting sales, remodeling processes, renovation techniques, construction practices, and project management principles Strong understanding of interior design principles with an eye for aesthetics and spatial optimization Excellent communication skills for client consultations and vendor negotiations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with contracts management and budgeting processes related to staging projects Experience in lighting design and sales is a plus for creating compelling visual environments Join us as a Home Stager to bring spaces alive through innovative design solutions!
