  • We are seeking a Stager to prepare properties for sale by enhancing their appeal to potential buyers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and detail, as well as a good understanding of real estate market trends.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Review properties and recommend staging strategies to maximize their market value.
Select and arrange furniture, artwork, and decor to create an attractive living space. Coordinate with real estate agents, homeowners, and photographers to schedule staging sessions. Maintain inventory of staging materials and ensure they are kept in good condition. Stay informed about current design trends and make recommendations for updates to staging techniques.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in interior design, home staging, or a related field.
Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and aesthetic trends. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset. Certification in home staging or interior design is a plus.
