Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bathroom renovations Develop detailed layout designs using 2020 to visualize concepts clearly Present design proposals, material selections, and product options, effectively communicating the value of premium solutions Conduct inside and outside sales by engaging customers in product demos, upselling high-end fixtures, and guiding them through the remodeling process Manage account relationships through excellent customer service, negotiation, and ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to facilitate seamless renovation projects from start to finish Maintain organized records of sales activities, project details, and client interactions using POS systems and organizational tools Skills Proven experience in high-end sales within the kitchen and bath or interior design industry Strong proficiency in layout design software such as 2020 for creating accurate visualizations Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus Knowledge of renovation processes, construction principles, lighting design, remodeling techniques, and maintenance practices Ability to perform inside sales functions including product demos, upselling techniques, retail math calculations, and POS transactions Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail Customer service expertise with a focus on building lasting client relationships through clear communication and personalized solutions Join us as a Kitchen & Bath Designer where your creativity meets sales excellence!
