Job Description

Full-Time Position Monday Join one of the top 500 Remodeling design/build firms in the United States, specializing in kitchens and baths. Based in Bedford, MA, we're seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead projects from concept through completion — from client meetings and design development to material selection, estimating, and project coordination. Responsibilities Lead client design and sales meetings to review layouts, scopes, and budgets Develop kitchen and bathroom designs using 2020 Design / CAD software Guide clients through material selection (cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, lighting, hardware) Prepare accurate project estimates covering materials and labor Manage quoting, purchasing, and ordering of all remodeling materials Produce installation packets with drawings, specs, and documentation Coordinate with vendors, trades, and clients through the full project lifecycle Maintain and organize showroom displays, samples, and materials Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in residential interior design or kitchen & bath design Proficiency with 2020 Design, CAD, or similar design software Strong Photoshop skills for client-facing drawings and presentations Experience managing full project cycles with clients Proven estimating skills (materials and labor) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline Sales or consultative client-service experience Knowledge of construction and remodeling processes Familiarity with cabinetry lines, countertop fabrication, and trade vendor relationships
