Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer who combines a passion for exceptional design with strong sales acumen. This role requires not only the ability to create sophisticated, functional spaces but also to guide clients through high-value projects, build long-term relationships, and confidently drive sales to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead the full design process for luxury residential projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and entertainment spaces. Collaborate closely with clients to capture their vision, lifestyle, and goals while presenting tailored design solutions. Drive revenue growth by cultivating client relationships, preparing compelling proposals, and closing high-value projects. Partner with Gramophone's technology experts to seamlessly integrate smart home systems into design concepts. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring precision, timeliness, and budget alignment. Develop and present design boards, renderings, and material/product recommendations. Stay ahead of industry trends, luxury product lines, and design innovations. Mentor and provide leadership to junior designers as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field (NCIDQ certification preferred). 7+ years of interior design experience with a strong portfolio of luxury residential projects. Proven success in sales or business development within high-end design, construction, or luxury retail. Expertise in space planning, finishes, fixtures, and luxury product sourcing. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire client confidence. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing complex, large-scale projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or 2020 Design Software (preferred). Familiarity with Buildertrend project management software (preferred). What We Offer Competitive salary + project bonuses.
