the Home Improvement industry one remarkable experience at a time! Job Description This position is a blend of Kitchen and Bath Design and office-based project management. The Project Coordinators' job is to assist in taking sold projects from the salesperson (the framework: contract, plan, and price sheet) and develop a buildable, detailed packet and schedule, coordinate and order the materials for a successful job. This will include drawing & editing floor plans in CAD software. An ideal candidate must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and have the skills necessary to manage multiple tasks at one time. Patience and strong communication skills are a must as you will be working closely with homeowners and our field project managers to help execute the homeowner's vision. Qualifications and Skills
  • 20/20 and/or Chief Architecture Experience
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • 2-5 Years of Remodeling or Construction Background
  • 2-5 Years of Remodeling Design and Sales Experience
  • Background in Cabinetry, Kitchen, and Bathroom Design
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks at Once
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Confidence to Communicate with Homeowners and Sub-Contractors
  • Flexible Schedule to Accommodate Meetings with Homeowners
  • Occasional Evening and Weekend Availability
