Who We're Looking For You're someone who gets excited about design, seeks excellence, and thrives on teamwork. You're self-driven, with the ability to lead and mentor other interior designers, and you bring real creative instinct: an eye for detail, an inventive spirit, and a habit of asking "what if we tried this instead?" Most importantly, you approach every interaction, whether with a client in the showroom or a teammate mid-crunch, with a mindset of hospitality, treating people with warmth and making them feel valued. You're comfortable juggling 20 projects in motion, quick to pick up new tools and systems, and you treat attention to detail as non-negotiable. It's the whole job. What You'll Do Design thoughtful, functional kitchens and bathrooms in 2020 Design Software Lead client selection meetings, guiding people through some of the biggest decisions in their home Put together quotes, pull material selections, and place and track orders through delivery Manage the day-to-day: client calls, field-crew questions, warranty claims, and last-minute curveballs Mentor and collaborate with the rest of the design team, helping shape how we work as we grow Keep a moving pipeline of projects on track, from first sketch to final walkthrough What You'll Get $80,000-$95,000 base salary, based on experience Annual bonus tied to company profitability Health, vision, and dental coverage Company-paid long-term disability and life insurance Simple IRA with 3% company match Mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, and PTO If this sounds like you, hit apply.
