You're self-driven, with the ability to lead and mentor other interior designers, and you bring real creative instinct: an eye for detail, an inventive spirit, and a habit of asking "what if we tried this instead?" What You'll Do Design thoughtful, functional kitchens and bathrooms in 2020 Design Software Lead client selection meetings, guiding people through some of the biggest decisions in their home Put together quotes, pull material selections, and place and track orders through delivery Manage the day-to-day: client calls, field-crew questions, warranty claims, and last-minute curveballs Mentor and collaborate with the rest of the design team, helping shape how we work as we grow Keep a moving pipeline of projects on track, from first sketch to final walkthrough What You'll Get $80,000-$95,000 base salary, based on experience Annual bonus tied to company profitability Health, vision, and dental coverage Company-paid long-term disability and life insurance Simple IRA with 3% company match Mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, and PTO If this sounds like you, hit apply.
