Job Description

Kitchen Interior Designer/Sales We are looking for an outgoing, proactive, and determined individual to join our hardworking sales team. we known for staying on schedule and being on time as well as being a family oriented employer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be available on Saturday. Ensures that realistic personal sales goals are set and achieved. Solicits new business. Has a "Hunter" sales mentality. Responsible for the development of accurate cost estimates within the time frame and price structure as assigned by the Director of Sales and that these estimates are communicated to the customer in a timely manner. Follows up on bids as necessary to include following up with contractors and other customers on bids that were not accepted. Develops a full knowledge ofestimating and job costing computer systems. Continues to assist the customers through the countertop process and answers questions, making changes and revisions to drawings and estimates and handling objections from customers/contractors. Ensures the quality servicing of the customer by monitoring key indicators and reports as well as frequent and random contacts with customers. Must have the ability to handle the sales segment of the business. Must be able to work with people, negotiate, analyze problems and translate company goals into actions necessary to achieve the goals. Must possess the ability to work closely with diverse groups of people, including company employees at all levels, area contractors, owners, suppliers and other outside professionals with whom the company deals with on a regular basis.
