What You'll Do Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, space planning, and construction documentation. Develop FF&E packages, including specifications of materials, fixtures, and furniture. Provide design support, material selections, and execution of design concepts during all phases of the project. Produce graphic presentations, including 3D renderings, for client presentations. Coordinate with material representatives, vendors, and consultants. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Approach your work with attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and motivation to learn. Prioritize tasks and balance both short-term and long-term deadlines and projects. Contribute to design-focused, community-centered projects What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field from an accredited school. Minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Certified Interior Designer or the desire to become a certified professional. Proficiency in Revit documentation required. Knowledge of 3D Rendering & Adobe Creative Suites applications is beneficial.
