The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and project management, ensuring seamless integration from concept to completion. Duties Develop comprehensive interior design concepts tailored to client needs and brand identity, utilizing CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Create detailed construction documentation and shop drawings, including construction details and specifications that adhere to building codes and safety standards. Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using tools like 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite to effectively communicate design ideas. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Requirements Proven experience in interior or shop design with a strong portfolio demonstrating residential or commercial projects. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; experience with 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of building information modeling (BIM) tools and construction detail documentation. Knowledge of building code compliance, safety standards, and local regulations relevant to interior design projects. Strong skills in 3D modeling for architectural visualization and rendering techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Background in lighting design, renovation processes, or construction experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of contracts management, budgeting principles, and sales strategies related to interior spaces.
