Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting with clients to understand their vision, needs, style, and budget Developing customized kitchen and bath design solutions Conducting accurate field measurements Creating professional designs using 2020 Design Recommending cabinetry, countertops, finishes, and related products Presenting proposals and confidently guiding customers through purchasing decisions Managing leads, proposals, follow-up, and sales opportunities through our CRM Building relationships with local builders, remodelers, contractors, and industry professionals Generating repeat and referral business Managing multiple projects while maintaining an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through completion What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines design talent with sales ability —a professional who enjoys working with people and is motivated by both customer satisfaction and results. 3+ years of kitchen and bath design/sales experience preferred Experience with 2020 Design strongly preferred Proven sales and relationship-building ability Strong presentation and closing skills Professional, confident, outgoing, and customer-focused Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong measurement, math, and project-management skills Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling is a plus Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally and financially Build Your Future with Cabinet IQ At Cabinet IQ, we don't simply sell cabinets and countertops.
