Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documents using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Create stunning 3D models and renderings utilizing SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize design ideas effectively. Prepare comprehensive construction detail documentation ensuring building code compliance and facilitating smooth project execution. Manage all phases of interior design projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contractor coordination for renovations and remodeling. Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, verify quality standards, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Communicate proactively with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless project flow and client satisfaction. Skills Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and presentation purposes. Strong expertise in 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D for architectural visualization. Experience with rendering software including Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools for high-quality presentations. Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools for efficient project management and collaboration. Solid understanding of building codes, construction details, lighting design, and renovation processes. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to interpret client needs into innovative interior solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Familiarity with contracts, budgeting strategies, and managing design projects from concept through installation.
