Job Summary Kitch Design Studio, one of the leading Kitchen & Bath remodeling companies in Cherry Hill area, is looking for a talented and motivated Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our growing team. Your expertise in architectural design software, project management, and interior design principles will drive the successful execution of residential renovation projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity while managing multiple projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment. Duties Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements for kitchen and bathroom remodels Design custom kitchen and bathroom layouts using 2020 Design Software Develop detailed design concepts using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max, including 3D modeling for architectural visualization and renderings Create comprehensive construction detail documentation ensuring building code compliance and accurate representation of design intent Utilize graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling presentation boards and CAD presentations for client approval Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and manage expectations Meet with customers to understand their needs and transform their ideas into functional, beautiful designs Qualifications Proven experience in residential interior design projects with a strong portfolio showcasing kitchen and bath remodels Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), 3ds Max, and other BIM tools for building information modeling (BIM) Skilled in drafting construction details, lighting design, remodeling plans, and building code analysis Strong knowledge of color theory, graphic design principles, and rendering techniques using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with project management tasks such as budgeting, contracts management, scheduling, and client communication Familiarity with construction processes, renovation practices, lighting sales, and building code compliance is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Effective communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and collaborate with contractors Join our team if you're passionate about transforming spaces through innovative design solutions!
