This position is ideal for a designer who can handle both 2D graphic design and 3D visualization/rendering . You will work on a wide variety of commercial projects including storefront signage, interior signs, exterior signs, wall graphics, window graphics, banners, dimensional lettering, channel letters, light boxes, custom signs, and complete business interior concepts. For some projects, you may receive an empty storefront or commercial space and be responsible for creating a complete visual concept, including the signage, walls, counters, furniture, tables, chairs, kitchen/service areas, lighting, décor, colors, and overall layout. We are looking for someone who can take a customer's idea, logo, photos, measurements, or architectural drawings and turn them into professional presentations, mockups, production-ready artwork, and realistic 3D renderings. Responsibilities Design custom interior and exterior signage. Create storefront sign concepts and realistic storefront mockups. Design channel letters, dimensional letters, light boxes, blade signs, wall signs, acrylic signs, PVC signs, banners, window graphics, wall graphics, decals, and other custom signage. Create professional customer presentation mockups. Place proposed signage realistically onto photos of buildings, storefronts, walls, and interior spaces. Create full 3D interior concepts and realistic renderings for retail stores, restaurants, cafés, offices, salons, and other commercial spaces.

Design complete commercial interiors including:

Walls and finishes Signage and branding Counters and reception areas Tables and chairs Furniture Kitchen or service areas Display areas Lighting concepts Decorative elements Overall space layout Create different design options based on customer requests. Make revisions and small edits quickly and accurately. Prepare artwork and design files for production. Recreate, clean up, and vectorize customer logos when necessary. Work with customer-provided logos, photos, measurements, drawings, and brand guidelines. Scale artwork correctly according to actual wall, storefront, window, or sign dimensions. Prepare print-ready files for banners, vinyl graphics, wall graphics, window graphics, decals, and other printed products. Prepare vector files for CNC, laser cutting, routing, and sign fabrication when required. Work closely with the production team to make sure designs can be manufactured correctly. Review colors, dimensions, proportions, spelling, and placement before artwork is sent to production. Organize project files and maintain clean production-ready artwork. Required Skills Strong graphic design skills. Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, color, and composition. Ability to create professional and realistic customer mockups. Ability to work accurately with dimensions and scale. Ability to create realistic 3D models and renderings. Ability to understand commercial spaces and create functional interior layouts. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. Ability to make revisions efficiently. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to take a project from concept through final production artwork. Software Experience Strong experience with the following is preferred: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop CorelDRAW 3D modeling and rendering software CAD or architectural/interior design software Experience with programs such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar 3D/rendering software is a major plus. You do not need to know every program listed, but you must be comfortable creating professional 2D artwork and high-quality 3D commercial space renderings.
