This is a unique opportunity to work at the center of our projects — coordinating everything from the initial client vision to the finished installation — while learning the business inside and out. If you're currently in interior design school, recently graduated, or looking to kick-start your interior design career within a well-run, supportive company, this role is built for you. You'll gain hands-on experience across sales, design, product selection, and project management, with tremendous room to grow into a larger role over time. What You'll Do Work closely with the Sales Manager to understand client needs and project scope Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for window treatment projects Communicate directly with clients throughout their project, keeping them informed and confident Provide product guidance to clients, helping them choose the right treatments, fabrics, and finishes Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, keeping timelines and details on track Order materials and prepare purchase orders Serve as a key point of contact between the Sales Manager, clients, and the installation team What We're Looking For Strong interest in interior design — whether you're a student, recent grad, or early in your career Excellent communication skills; you'll be the connective tissue between the Sales Manager, clients, and installers Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn Comfortable with quotes, purchase orders, and general project coordination (we'll train you on our systems) Why Join Us Direct mentorship working alongside our Sales Manager Clear path for growth within an established business Full-time stability with 401(k) and PTO A chance to build real, well-rounded experience in the interior design and window treatment trade Ready to kick-start your interior design career?
