Monks Kitchen & Bath Design Studio has an opening for an Assistant Designer at our Morrisotwn, NJ Location. As an Assistant Designer at Monk's, you will work with Lead Designers to provide full service, design solutions to homeowners on kitchen, bath, tile, counter tops and other interior remodeling projects. We are extremely busy. This is a fast paced job where you will get a ton of Design experience in a very short period of time. As a company, we typically handle 20-30 appointments in the showrooms on a Saturday. We service walk-ins as well, but our goal is to have clients make appointments with us before they come in. Our designers typically meet 3-5 new clients per week. If you are customer service driven, talented and want to make a career in design, you will be joining a great and growing team. Compensation 40k-50k per year In addition to the compensation agreement Monks will be providing you with the following benefits: 1. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a background in Design or Design school, possess strong communication skills, detail oriented, a great work ethic and work well in a team environment.
