Develop detailed design concepts using software such as Cabinet Vision and Chief Architect. Create comprehensive plans including cabinetry layouts, lighting design, color schemes, and material selections. Prepare accurate construction documents and specifications. Manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and oversee installation processes to ensure quality standards are met. Present design proposals to clients clearly and confidently, incorporating their feedback to refine concepts. Requirements Proven experience in interior design or kitchen and bath remodeling projects with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Cabinet Vision, Chief Architect or similar 3D rendering tools. Knowledge of contracts, project management practices, budgeting strategies, and renovation procedures. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with lighting sales techniques and experience in remodeling or renovation projects is highly desirable.
