Hi-end Kitchen/ Bath Showroom/Remodeler in Manhasset, NY seeking experienced, talented Kitchen / Bath designer/sales person to join our team! Work Schedule - Tuesdays - Saturdays Skills Creative kitchen and bath designer (CKD, CBD a plus) Working knowledge of kitchen and bath remodeling process. Ability to execute the contract from concept to completion. Knowledge of electrical / plumbing requirements Proficient in Auto Cad Understanding of the luxury cabinetry market Ability to sell to high end clients Knowledge of sales techniques including closing Jobsite Experience (measuring, layouts, general understanding of residential custom home construction process, etc.) plus ability to do accurate measurement for material orders. Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment Detail oriented Organized Insure customer satisfaction Job Functions Responsible for selling, designing residential Kitchen / Bath Designs and guide client selections Prepare complete design in AutoCad for kitchen/ bath projects, including floor plan, elevations and complete detailed drawings for installers. Include electrical /plumbing plans and requirements in design Provide great customer service to clients Traditional, transitional and modern cabinetry designs Engage and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, social and professional networking
