Based in New York City with additional offices on Long Island, the firm is seeking a creative professional to lead projects across local and international markets. You will be pivotal in crafting and executing creative concepts for retail spaces, bringing your expertise in store layout, back-of-house management, and bespoke fixture and millwork design. Key responsibilities include working closely with clients during the design process, supporting the design director with team oversight, and developing preliminary retail program requirements. You will also be tasked with creating schematic design plans, conducting program and code analysis, and drafting design scopes and budget documents. Your role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams to align design needs, organizing presentations, selecting materials, and detailing furniture and accessories. To succeed, you will need at least five years of continuous experience in retail interiors within branded environments, a bachelor's degree in architecture, and proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
