Job Description
Join an award-winning design-build remodeling company helping homeowners create beautiful, functional kitchens, baths, and aging-in-place spaces. This role combines design, showroom selections, and technical review to ensure projects are ready for successful construction. We are seeking someone who understands residential remodeling and can bridge the gap between design ideas and real-world construction. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners in our showroom Help clients select cabinetry, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, and finishes Sketch remodeling and space-planning solutions Review measurements, layouts, and designs Oversee third-party drafting resources Review plans for accuracy, functionality, and constructability Identify potential issues before they reach the field Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and trade partners Ideal Candidate Experience in residential remodeling, kitchen & bath design, interior architecture, or design-build Strong understanding of how remodeling projects are constructed Ability to review plans and identify potential issues Comfortable discussing design solutions with homeowners Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with construction drawings, cabinetry, or remodeling design preferred Bonus Experience Chief Architect SketchUp NKBA certification Kitchen & bath design Success in This Role You help homeowners make confident design decisions while ensuring projects move into production with accurate plans, coordinated selections, and fewer field surprises.
