We believe excellence is non-negotiable, in craftsmanship, communication, and character. We are a small company by design, not by limitation. That means everyone matters and everyone is accountable. We are seeking a Design Consultant t o join our growing team. This role works directly with homeowners to guide project design decisions, develop project proposals, and help bring remodeling ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to understand project goals and requirements Develop project concepts and preliminary design ideas Assist clients with selecting siding, windows, and exterior materials Prepare project estimates and proposals Coordinate project details with the project management team Order materials and ensure project specifications are met Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain knowledge of industry trends and products Qualifications Proven experience in remodeling sales, home improvement sales, or design consulting Strong relationship-building and referral development skills Customer service and sales experience Ability to guide homeowners through design decisions Strong attention to detail and project organization Professional communication and presentation skills 1+ year of related experience in remodeling, construction sales, or design consulting Strong visual design sense and attention to aesthetics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of residential building codes Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience Health insurance stipend Paid time off Positive and flexible work environment Opportunity to grow within a respected local company
