Job Description
Kitchen & Bath Designer / Salesperson Full-Time | Hourly Pay
+ Commission | Showroom Position Join Our Growing Sales Team! We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer/Salesperson who is passionate about design, enjoys working with customers, and is motivated by sales and earning potential. This is a customer-facing sales position with hourly pay plus commission, offering the opportunity to increase your income based on your sales performance and experience. What You'll Do Work with homeowners, contractors, developers, architects, designers, and other trade professionals. Design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design Technologies. Meet with customers in our showroom and handle phone and online inquiries. Prepare quotes, product selections, and kitchen/bath designs. Follow up with leads and existing customers to convert opportunities into sales. Build strong, long-term customer relationships. Work as part of a collaborative team of approximately 10 kitchen and bath designers. Work showroom hours as required. What We're Looking For 2+ years of kitchen & bath design and/or sales experience. Proficiency in 2020 Design Technologies. Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluent in English. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple customers and projects. Must be authorized to work in the United States. What We Offer Hourly Pay
