Job Overview Join our dynamic team! We are seeking a creative, driven, and technically prepared addition to our fast-growing business. Your detail-oriented and can-do attitude is paramount for this role. You are able to work independently and closely with our creative team. Playing a leading role in contributing to innovative design across various remodeling projects. You possess strong technical skills in 20/20 Design software and an in-depth understanding of cabinetry (kitchen, bathroom, offices, closets, bars, media wall, etc.) remodeling Design principles. Ideally, you are versed in other technical resources (Canva, Company Cam, CAD) and AI platforms to best prepare and present your work. You care just as much about how a Design is presented, as about how this is prepared. You are passionate about trends, new materials and sector driven events. You continue your professional education for a cutting edge and customer focused Design. You understand the intricacy of Design, Functionality, Customer Service and Open-ended communication. You are well organized and understand the value of prioritizing, flexibility and Teamwork. You can work well under pressure.
Must Have:
(no exceptions) Cabinetry design experience Portfolio of previous work Computer Literacy in all Microsoft programs Significant 20/20 Design experience Understanding of AI application to Design Ability to produce accurate schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documents for construction and remodeling projects Ability to precisely measure space for detailed Design work Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Solution focus attitude Customer service experience with an aptitude to work with varying clients from all lifestyles Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects effectively Ability to work with Interior Designers, Builders, GC's and Realtors to cater to referrals and dynamic project work Have worked within a commission orientated pay plan
Highly Desirable:
AutoCad and Sketchup Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and Website marketing Have experience in working with projects requiring a Permitting process, and an understanding of construction principles Excellent Interior Design aptitude and experience working with clients on interior design, color and design selections and layout for remodeling Direct Project Management An in-depth understanding of
Project Management Qualificationsand Education:
College education and Interior Design Degree, with a business or marketing background
