This is a full-time, hybrid position, offering flexibility to work from home while collaborating closely with our sales, project management, and design teams. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Washington, DC and available to attend client meetings, site visits, and other in-person meetings approximately 2-3 times per week, as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Interior Designer AutoCAD proficiency required 2020 CAP/Worksheet proficiency required CET Designer experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid/semi-remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team Must be able to commute into Washington, DC approximately 2-3 times per week, depending on client and project needs
