Kitchen & Bath Designer (Part-Time → Full-Time) Chris Craftsman Development Westchester County, NY Chris Craftsman Development is a high-end residential design-build firm specializing in luxury kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations. We are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. This position will start part-time and transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. Responsibilities Design luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and interior renovations. Prepare accurate construction drawings using professional design software (AutoCAD or equivalent). Meet with homeowners to develop layouts and material selections. Coordinate with the owner, project managers, vendors, and field crews. Track materials, orders, and deliveries throughout each project. Conduct daily on-site project visits (8:00 AM-12:00 PM) to verify field conditions and ensure projects remain on schedule. Maintain excellent communication with clients and the construction team. Qualifications 10+ years of professional Kitchen & Bath design experience required. Proficiency in AutoCAD or comparable professional drafting/design software. Experience preparing construction-ready drawings. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Must live locally in Westchester or Fairfield County. Reliable vehicle required for frequent job site visits. Schedule Starts part-time with a clear path to full-time.
