Job Description
Overview We're seeking an experienced remodeling designer / kitchen and bath designer who enjoys working directly with homeowners and creating practical, buildable designs. The position is approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Some work can be completed remotely, but regular client meetings and initial site visits are required. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to understand project goals and requirements Develop design concepts for kitchen, bathroom, and residential remodeling projects Create and revise plans using Chief Architect and 2020 Design Prepare floor plans, elevations, renderings, and cabinet layouts Assist clients with material, fixture, cabinet, and finish selections Incorporate client feedback and revisions throughout the design process Attend occasional client appointments Assist in sales efforts by presenting design proposals confidently and explaining the benefits of various remodeling options. Coordinate with the project development and construction teams Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
