QualificationsBachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experienceHospitality/hotel experience is a plusNCIDQ is a plusAdvanced Computer and Information Management Skills (AutoCAD, Revit)ResponsibilitiesLead the conceptual development of interior design projects from inception to completion.
Oversee multiple interior design projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Serve as the primary interior design contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
Develop detailed interior design documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
Collaborate with architectural teams to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall building design.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Conduct design reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to firm standards.
