Studio NACRT is a luxury interior design firm founded in 2014, with our parent studio based in Belgrade, Serbia and completed projects across Europe and the Middle East. We are launching our US branch this year, headquartered in the Miami metro area, to serve high-end commercial, multifamily, and residential clients across the United States. THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Social Media & Brand Coordinator to help launch and grow the US brand across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is a ground-floor role. You will help shape how a luxury design brand introduces itself to the US market, working directly with the founders. Ideal for an interior design or architecture student, recent graduate, or early-career creative who loves the design world but isn't sure how to break in. If you're portfolio-obsessed, understand what makes a luxury interior photograph well, and want to build a career at the intersection of design and brand-building, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for Studio
NACRT US
  • Curate and edit photography from our completed European projects for the US audience
  • Write captions, hashtags, and short-form copy that matches a luxury design voice
  • Build and maintain a content calendar
  • Engage with our audience: DMs, comments, follower growth tactics
  • Monitor competitor and reference-brand content
  • Light admin support during the launch phase
  • Occasional support on our affiliated brand's social media during quieter periods
MUST HAVES
  • Genuine interest in interior design, architecture, or high-end residential and commercial spaces
  • Strong visual eye
  • Excellent written English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
  • Comfortable on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (business side)
  • Working knowledge of Canva or basic Adobe (Photoshop/Lightroom preferred)
  • Reliable, self-directed, meets deadlines without hand-holding
NICE TO HAVES
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience running social for a brand or studio
  • Basic Reels/short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
  • Photography or styling experience
  • Familiarity with luxury design brands, AD, Dezeen, Wallpaper, and Miami's design scene
COMPENSATION AND STRUCTURE
  • $18 to $25 per hour, 1099 contractor, based on experience and portfolio
  • 15 to 20 hours per week to start
  • Hybrid:
    mostly remote, with periodic in-person meetings in Miami
  • Contract can expand to full-time W-2 with benefits based on performance and business growth
  • Potential to expand scope across our affiliated brand for the right candidate
