This part-time, contract role supports active client projects with a focus on selections, drawings, and design documentation. You'll be working directly within a fast-paced design environment, helping bring projects to life through clear, detailed, and organized design work. This is a remote role with flexibility, built for someone who can move quickly and execute without hand-holding. Duties

• Create Houzz mood boards and finish selections aligned with client direction
• Develop and update Chief Architect plans, layouts, and drawings (required)
• Assist in building design documents, spec sheets, and presentations
• Support sourcing and product documentation for client projects
• Edit podcast clips and short-form video content using Riverside
• Assist with light Canva work using existing templates
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organization Skills
• Proficiency in Chief Architect (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of interior design principles including space planning, finishes, and selections
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to execute quickly and follow direction
• Strong communication and responsiveness in a remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once Preferred (but teachable)
• Houzz Pro experience
• Canva experience
