Job Description
About the Role A premier, nationally recognized luxury residential interior design firm in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced, high-drive Lead Interior Designer . This client-facing role is designed for a decisive, articulate, and organized leader who takes full ownership of turnkey luxury residential projects—specifically high-end homes valued at $5M and above. You will guide projects seamlessly from initial architectural construction selections through custom furnishings, procurement, site management, and final white-glove styling.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership:
Take full ownership of turnkey luxury residential projects; lead client presentations, site reviews, contractor meetings, and trade coordination.
Design & Sourcing:
Develop sophisticated concepts, custom millwork, bespoke furnishings packages, lighting, plumbing, tile, stone, art, and finish selections.
Technical Oversight:
Review and verify floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, space planning, and construction details in AutoCAD.
Procurement & Financial Accuracy:
Prepare precise proposals, budgets, and specifications using Houzz Pro/industry software. Verify dimensions, pricing, quantities, and lead times.
Client Conviction:
Sit across from high-net-worth clientele with confidence, poise, and conviction—guiding them through investment decisions and project challenges.
Installation & Final Styling:
Manage delivery logistics, site installation, and final interior styling to perfection.
