Full-Time Showroom Interior Designer | Residential Remodeling ProWorx Construction is looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our team! This is an in-house interior design position within a residential construction company. Previous professional interior design experience is

REQUIRED.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented designer who can confidently guide homeowners through selections while keeping multiple remodeling projects moving forward. You will work closely with our Superintendents and Scheduler to create the best possible client experience from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead client selection meetings and help homeowners make confident design decisions. Selecting tile, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, flooring, and other finishes . Read construction plans and assist with project logistics. Coordinate purchasing for clients, Superintendents, and Scheduler. Order project materials and track orders, lead times, and deliveries. Source products and materials as needed. Travel to job sites as needed to meet with clients and monitor project progress. Communicate with clients, vendors, and the construction team throughout the project. Proactively identify issues and help keep projects on schedule. AutoCAD, 20/20, or equivalent software.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous professional interior design experience is

REQUIRED.

Residential design/remodeling experience. Understanding of the basic construction process. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Extremely detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through. Self-motivated with a "go get it done" attitude . Excellent communication and followthrough. Comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Computer/iPad proficiency required. Must be 21+ with a clean driving record.
