This is a fast-paced position for someone who likes working around cars, stays organized, and takes pride in keeping a dealership looking professional. Our Lot Porters play an important role in keeping our inventory organized, clean, and ready for customers. Responsibilities Keep dealership inventory organized and properly parked Move and stage vehicles throughout the dealership Prepare and stage vehicles for customer test drives Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and presentable Make sure vehicles are properly lined up and displayed Check vehicles for cleanliness and presentation Fuel vehicles as needed Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups Transport vehicles between dealership locations, service, detail, and other vendors as needed Help maintain vehicle keys and inventory organization Remove snow and keep vehicles accessible during winter months Assist the sales, service, detail, and inventory teams as needed Report vehicle damage or other concerns to management Complete assigned tasks quickly and accurately What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Positive attitude Able to work without constant supervision Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable driving and parking a wide variety of vehicles Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions Able to perform physical tasks associated with the position Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required The Right Person We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done. You should take pride in keeping the lot looking sharp, treat every vehicle with care, and understand that organization and presentation directly affect the customer experience.
