Clair Kitchens is a boutique design firm located in Alexandria VA. While our core business focuses on kitchens and baths we have expanded to offer full interior design services . We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a passion for design to join our team and hit the ground running.

Design Associate Responsibilities:

Assist lead designer with all facets of design and proposal process Assist principle in developing interior design program Meet with customers and conduct design consultations Creating project proposals and design presentations Develop FF&E documents Making site visits prior to design and during installation Meeting with clients in-office and on-site as needed Helping clients with style, color and finish selections Assist in project management Maintain highest levels of professionalism when interacting with clients

Qualifications:

Candidate must have minimum of 2 years of residential design experience Candidate must be proficient with Chief Architect Ability to read building plans and scale drawings Strong work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time to meet deadlines Personable with strong customer service and time management skills Candidates must submit a cover letter and a PDF of your resume.
