Job Description
This position is in-person at a retail location. Our Project Coordinators work with our designers, workrooms, and vendors to coordinate customer interior design projects. We seek detail-oriented individuals to be responsible for administrative duties and to facilitate the smooth flow of custom orders by submitting and reviewing all finished work orders for completeness and accuracy. In addition to processing orders, this position is also responsible for scheduling measurement and installation appointments, processing customers payments and vendor invoices. We provide comprehensive training that focuses on fabrics, developing customer products, and design. Job Requirements Administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and be detailed in your work A positive attitude and work ethic Physical requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and climb service ladders during your scheduled shift Must be able to lift and control merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time Compensation and hours: Pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, store volume, and location. In addition to the base salary, associates may be eligible to receive semi-annual bonuses when specific goals are achieved. Our full- time Project Coordinators work 35 hours per week; 5 days per week. Our part-time Project Coordinators work between 24 and 28 hours per week; 4 days per week. Saturday hours may be required for both full-time and part-time Project Coordinators.
