We provide quality products, fast lead times, professional design services, and outstanding customer support. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our Richmond showroom. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, motivated, and experienced in kitchen design and sales. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Experience with 2020 Design software is required. Experience using CRM (Odoo or similar CRM/ERP software) Responsibilities Design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design Prepare quotes, layouts, and sales proposals Manage customer information and sales activities in CRM (Odoo) Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and dealers Follow up on leads, orders, and deliveries Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Assist with showroom operations and other duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of kitchen and bath sales experience 3+ years of experience with 2020 Design Experience using CRM ( Odoo ) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Spanish is a plus Must be able to commute to our Richmond showroom
