We specialize in high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry solutions for homeowners and contractors. We're looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our staff. Pre-qualified leads are provided so you can focus on what you do best — creating great designs and helping customers. About the Role This is an in-person position. You will work on-site at our showroom in Salem, VA, but there may be opportunity to work remotely at times. You'll create professional kitchen and bath designs using Design Flex (formerly 20-20 Design) , conduct consultations with customers, and guide them through the design and selection process. What We're Looking For Previous experience in kitchen and bath design is a preferred, but not required Strong proficiency in Design Flex / 20-20 Design (your own active licensed copy of the software is a plus) Good experience with CRM systems (or the ability to pick it up quickly) Excellent communication skills for working with customers Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently We prefer designers who can jump in comfortably with minimal onboarding, but to ease the process and help build your pipeline, we offer a paid training period with salary + commission.
