Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bathroom Designer to transform spaces into functional, stylish, and personalized environments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, then develop innovative design solutions that bring their visions to life. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire renovation process, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Responsibilities Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and project scope for kitchen and bathroom renovations Create detailed design plans using software such as 20/20 Develop accurate 3D renderings and visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts Prepare comprehensive project proposals including budgets, timelines, and material specifications Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards Select appropriate materials, fixtures, lighting solutions, and color schemes based on color theory and interior design principles Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members Skills Proficiency in 20/20 prograhm Strong understanding of interior design principles including space planning, color theory, lighting design, and remodeling processes Experience with CAD drafting for detailed construction documents and specifications Knowledge of construction processes, renovation workflows, contracts management, and budgeting practices Ability to manage projects effectively through project management tools and techniques Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration Familiarity with lighting sales and lighting design to enhance functional aesthetics in kitchens and bathrooms Join us in creating inspiring spaces that blend functionality with innovative design!
