Provide Spanish-language simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for meetings and operational coordination Provide written translation and review of analytic, operational, and intelligence products Provide interpretation support at the General/Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service (SES) level Operate Sennheiser (or equivalent) interpretation equipment Translate technical documents containing military, intelligence, and law enforcement terminology Maintain engagement records and translation/interpretation activity logsRequirements:
This is an onsite Linguist position located at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Arizona Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret/SCI clearance will not be considered. Possess a bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by and recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or 4 additional years of experience. At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience Possess a minimum Level 4 (Full Professional Proficiency) in both reading and speaking Spanish, as measured by the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), Foreign Service Institute (FSI) scale, or equivalent Government-recognized assessment We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
