About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Participate in regular one-on-one English conversations covering a range of everyday, social, and professional topics. 2. Help develop natural, fluent spoken English through authentic conversation and provide guidance on pronunciation, vocabulary, phrasing, and conversational expressions. 3. Provide clear and constructive feedback to help improve overall speaking confidence, fluency, and natural communication.

Other Requirements:
1. Native or near-native level of spoken English proficiency is strongly preferred. 2. Candidates should speak English naturally and fluently, preferably with a natural American accent. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and patient approach.
