We're looking for a passionate Sign Language Interpreter to support K-12 students. This full-time, itinerant role gives you the chance to help students access classroom instruction, activities, and assessments every day. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus!

Location:

Lodi, CA Schedule:

Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week

Pay:

$50/hour (based on experience & certification)

Start Date:

Late July 2026 start date - End of school year 2027

What You'll Do:

Facilitate clear communication between students, teachers, and peers through ASL Support students' access to classroom lessons, school activities, and assessments Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrators to enhance learning Travel between schools across the district as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have:

Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) Reliable and able to work independently in an itinerant role RID, EIPA, or comparable certification (preferred but not required) 4.0 or higher on CA state assessment score (EIPA, ESSE, NAD/ACCI)

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in K-12 educational interpreting Knowledge of IEPs and educational terminology Bilingual in
