Job Description

Bilingual Medical Helper - Entry-Level Position We are looking for a friendly, motivated, Spanish and English Medical Helper to join our growing healthcare team. You will work directly with patients and help with basic medical testing in a friendly and professional office. No medical testing experience is needed. We provide full hands-on training. This is an entry-level, full-time position . We will teach you step-by-step how to do the job. You must speak English and Spanish , enjoy helping people, and be willing to learn. We will teach you the medical, computer, and office skills needed for this position.
What We Offer Starting Pay:
$20-$25 per hour, based on qualifications.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Full-Time:
40-hour work week.
Full Training:
We will teach you how to help with medical testing, patient care, and medical computer programs.

About the Position This job is for someone who wants to start working in healthcare and learn from the beginning . You will help with basic medical testing under direct supervision. This is not an advanced medical or supervisor position.
Main Duties Help Patients:
Welcome patients, make them feel comfortable, and explain what to expect during testing.
Help With Testing:
Assist with basic medical tests by following our safety rules and instructions. Training is provided.
Enter Patient Information:
Record patient information, medical history, and test information into the computer.
Speak English & Spanish:
Help answer patient questions and communicate with patients and staff in both languages.
Prepare Testing Areas:
Keep testing rooms clean, organized, and supplied. Qualifications Must speak English and Spanish fluently. No medical office or diagnostic testing experience is required. Must be friendly, patient, and comfortable working with people. Must be comfortable using computers and learning new programs. Must be dependable, on time, willing to learn, and pay attention to details. High School Diploma or GED required
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
