Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid certification as a Sign Language Interpreter EPIA score of 3.5 or higher is mandatory Previous experience interpreting in school settings is highly desirable Strong understanding of deaf culture and the ability to adapt communication strategies to individual student needs Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills Professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within a team
